My camera is blank. What should I check?
Confirm that the camera is not covered, allow camera access for chatpig.app in the browser, review system privacy settings, close other apps using the camera, and reload the page.
My microphone is not working.
Allow microphone access, check the selected input device, make sure it is not muted in the operating system, and test again from the webcam chat page.
Why is matching taking longer?
Availability depends on who is online and eligible to connect at that moment. ChatPig does not show a fake match or invented online count while you wait.
Where can I see what an action costs?
Your balances and any required amount are shown in the product before a paid action is confirmed. Visit the pricing guide for the boundaries between free and paid access.
How do I report or block someone?
Use the report or block action available from the conversation or profile area. End the conversation first if you want to leave immediately.
Can ChatPig recover a chatpig.com account?
No. chatpig.app is an independent service and cannot test, recover, or migrate credentials from another domain.
